Absolutely amazing product
The Autostopcock system has been an absolutely amazing product for my mother Dorothy who is 94 years old. She was diagnosed with dementia a good few years ago and is still living in her own house with me, her daughter, as her main carer. It has been an invaluable product as my mum often forgets to turn her taps off. The Autostopcock works its magic and turns off the mains water automatically, not only saving us pounds in possible water damage to her house but also on her water bill as she is on a water meter.

First Class Technical Support
We had a problem with spurious shut offs, which I raised with you in the past.
The system has however functioned without fault for the last six months or so. I think we concluded that the flow sensing device had been contaminated with dirt which cleared
As to its usefulness, it is one of those devices that is only useful in the event of a catastrophe!
Thankfully we have not had such an occurrence.
It does however offer peace of mind, particularly when the excess for escapes of water on your insurance policy is £10,000!
