When I worked as a manager for a 42 flat retirement complex all flats were fitted with an Autostopcock which helped prevent a lot of the leaks running through to the flats below. I had first hand knowledge of how well they worked so when I moved I suggested to my partner that we get one fitted and it’s working very well. Definitely worth the investment, I would recommend to everyone as it gives real piece of mind
