We had it fitted by our plumber (who got us a bit of a discount) over 2 years ago and although we haven’t had any leaks, touch wood, it has given us peace of mind and saved a bit on our insurance” My husband changes the battery at the same time as the smoke detectors but other than that we haven’t needed to do anything else, so all good, thank you
